Q: What is the full list of ingredients?
A: 100% hemp seed oil, natural food grade emulsifiers and oils, pure peppermint oil.
Q: Does it contain any allergens?
A: This product does NOT contain any of the following allergens:
Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Gluten, Egg, Milk, Soy, Wheat, Sulphites, Fish, Shellfish, Sesame, Mustard.
Q: How much hemp seed oil is in each bottle?
A: 250mg of hemp seed oil per 500mL of water.
Q: Is this beverage supposed to be clear?
A: In order to get the desired benefits from the Hemp seed oil (specifically Omega-3 and Omega-6) we needed to utilize a higher amount of hemp seed oil. Because of this it does cause a slightly pearly appearance to the water.
Q: Where is the Hemp grown?
A: Alberta (Western Canada).
Q: Where is the Hemp Seed processed into oil?
A: Salmon Arm, British Columbia, CA.
Q: How is the Hemp seed oil made water soluble?
A: Hemp seed is made water soluble by using ultrasonic cavitation with a proprietary blend of carrier oils and emulsifiers to create a nano-emulsion which allows superior bioavailability of active ingredients.
Q: Does it need to be refrigerated?
A: No, however it is best served chilled.
Q: Are there any chemicals used in the processing?
A: No chemicals are used in processing. A blend of food grade carrier oils is blended with the hemp oil to create a water-soluble emulsion. All products are naturally derived.
Q: What is the shelf life?
A: 1 year.
Q: Will there be other sizes available?
A: Yes. Ask your sales representative for more information.
Q: Is there a carbonated version?
A: Arctic Chiller is only offering infusedX Hemp in a still version using our Rocky Mountain spring water at this time. We are currently looking into providing carbonated products in the near future.
Q: Does this product have mind altering effects?
A: No. InfusedX Hemp contains only industrial hemp seed oil. Therefore is no THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) which is the principle psychoactive ingredient in cannabis.
Q: Is this product safe for consumption during pregnancy?
A: Not intended for use when pregnant or breastfeeding unless otherwise advised by a health care professional.
Q: Is infusedX Hemp legal?
A: Yes. Our 100% natural hemp seed oil contains no THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) or CBD (Cannabidiol) and has been grown and produced within the Canadian Industrial Hemp guidelines and regulations which have been around since 1998.
Q: Will I fail a drug test from hemp seed oil?
A: Health Canada (the governmental body that regulates the hemp industry in Canada) states that we cannot sell a hemp oil product that contains more than 10 parts per million THC. Therefore we can guarantee the products we sell contain less than 10 PPM THC. However, should a test be able to test down to as low as the parts per trillion range there is a possibility - even though you could potentially ingest that kind of a concentration from touching something then putting your fingers in your mouth. While we are confident that our product contains low enough traces of THC as to not cause a false reading we cannot, in anyway, guarantee this and assume no liability.
