Q. Why should I choose Arctic Chiller?

A.There are three main areas that set Arctic Chiller apart from other bottled water products. These areas include our offering of:

1. Full color, photo quality, plastic, ultra violet protected, fully adhesive, and laminated labels display your corporate image with the best presentation. This ensures the bottle looks as good after it has been on ice for several hours as it did when it came out of the box, and will continue to look as good for months or even years.
2. High quality "diamond polish look" bottles feature a flat panel to display your label. This is only product currently available that offers this. Private label products promote your corporate image

Q. How can I trust the quality of water inside the bottle?

A. All water is definitely not made equal. At Arctic Chiller, we believe the water we consume should be of the best quality possible. That´s why our water is lab tested and approved before it is shipped, and must meet the standards set forth by the Canadian Bottled Water Association and the National Sanitation Foundation

To meet these exacting standards, our water is purified through a systematic six-step process. This process guarantees the quality of our water, and is as follows:

1. Arctic Chiller Filter - Clear Multi Media Filters containing several layers of minerals with super capacity is designed to remove turbidity down to 10 micron particless.
2. Cullar-Activited Carbon Filters - specifically designed for taste and odor control, remove of chlorine and control of tannins and other waterborne organic compounds.
3. Arctic Chiller Water Softeners - remove the dissolved hardness minerals by an ion exchange process. A water softener also has the ability to remove the small amounts of dissolved iron and manganese.
4. Arctic Chiller Ultra-Violet Disinfection - Beyond visible light lays the ultra violet band. Within that band is light with the potent killing power capable of destroying micro-organisms including bacteria, virus, mold and fungus.
5. Arctic Chiller Engineered Commercial Reverse Osmosis - is the finest filtration known, and allows the removal of particles as small as ions.
6. Arctic Chiller Ozonation - protects the water for the bottling process, ensuring the pure clean water can be packaged for you to enjoy.

Q. I’ve decided I want to order this customizable product - now what?

A. Once you contact our sales staff to place an order, the following steps will take place to provide you with you own private labeled premium purified bottled water.

• Specs for your label design will be provided to you, as well samples of our bottled water.
• The label design is open to your discretion, as long as space is available for the Nutritional facts and production information.
• Once you have provided us the complete label design, this can be sent to our team to begin producing the color proof. If necessary, Arctic Chiller can also design this label in-house on your behalf.
• After you have approved the color proof. Arctic Chiller will begin production of your labels and bottled water. Your water will be delivered in a timely fashion, which is dependant on the product ordered and where your company is located
• Production of your Arctic Chiller will then be put into our schedule, and will be available to you on demand.

Q. What bottle sizes are available?

A. We offer 355ml, 500ml and 1 ltr sizes for your private label needs.

Q. What are your pack sizes?

A. 24 pack, 12 pack

Q. Can you accommodate rush orders?

A. There is a minimum $100.00 charge for orders that need to be turned around in 10 days or less.

Q. How long can bottle water be stored?

A. Our water is date stamped at best before 2 years from production as per industry standard.

Q. What bottles are available?

• 355ml diamond – clear and cobalt color
• 500ml diamond – clear, light blue, cobalt and aqua color
  
• 1 ltr diamond – clear and aqua color

Q. What caps are available?

• Sport Cap is available in White and Blue/White
• Flat Cap is available in White, Blue , Black and Gold

Q. What kind of bottles do you use?

A. Arctic Chiller uses high-quality PET (plastic) bottles which are light-weight and come in a variety of colors in our award winning Diamond design. They do not affect the taste of our pure water.

Q. Are my labels kept in stock/on file?

A. Yes. Unused labels are stored by Arctic Chiller until you are ready to re order, that way you can take advantage of higher price breaks!

Q. Do we have to receive the entire order at one time?

A. No you do not have to receive the entire order at one time. We only run and ship what product you need.

Q. Can I re order labels?

A. Re-orders are no problem. There is no additional set-up charge – you pay for what quantity you need.

Q. What are the charges for set-up and artwork?

A. Art and plate charges are dependant upon the number of colors are in your label. Our artist can usually come up with a design you will love after 1 or 2 proofs – if however there are excessive changes – additional art charges may apply.

Q. Can you do four-color process orders?

A. Yes, we use CMYK or pantone colors – whichever you request.

Q. What kind of labels do you use?

A. Custom labels are made from a permanent adhesive, pressure-sensitive label. White is our standard stock and we also offer clear and chrome for an additional charge.

Q. What sizes are the labels?

A. Our 500ml label is 1.875” x 7.6875”. Our 355ml label is 1.625” x 6” and our 1ltr size is 2.75 x 9.75

Q. Can Arctic Chiller arrange for the shipping of my order?

A. Yes, with a North American freight in place Arctic Chiller can supply promotional bottled water anywhere and everywhere you need it.

Q. From where is the bottle water shipped?

A. Arctic Chiller is located in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada and all our water is bottled and shipped out of this plant. We also have a logistics warehouse in Delta, BC.

A. Each 40 ft truck can accommodate 20 pallets.

Q. What are the dimensions of the pallet?

A. The pallet size is 48" x 40."

Q. What kind of water do you use?

A. We offer both Spring Water from our source in the Kootney Plains as well as Demineralized water (by way of Reverse osmosis).

Q. Are there minimum order sizes?

A. Pricing will vary based on the size of the order. The minimum order is 240 bottles (10 cases). We can accommodate orders of any size, from cases to truckloads. Please contact us for details.

Q. Can I create my own artwork?

A. Yes.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. Each project can vary depending on the bottle size and order quantity. Let us know your specific needs and we can provide a quote within 24 hours.

Q. Is it affordable?

A. Yes. Arctic Chiller has taken bottled water and transformed it into a convenient, affordable and effective way to convey your brand message.

Q. How long does it take for delivery?

A. We strive to have new orders out in 2 to 3 weeks. Once labels are here we can often have product ready in 24 to 48 hours from order.

Q. What are the artwork specs to create my own design?

A. We can supply all templates in a variety of formats is you choose to design your own label.

Q. Are there legal requirements on my package artwork?

A. Yes, and depending on how you will be using the product, different information may need to be added. Our team can help you out and be sure all pertinent info is added.

Q. Can I use my credit card to pay for my order?

A. Arctic Chiller gladly accepts MASTERCARD, VISA, Debit, Cash or Cheque as payment.
