Artwork Specifications

Arctic Chiller has made every effort to make label design and preparation as simple a step as possible.
It cannot be over emphasized that if you have any questions prior to quoting prices – call immediately and get them answered.

Our office and artist is PC based. As such please ensure that logos, fonts etc. are also compatible.

Ideally artwork should be in vector format (paths) with an .ai or .eps extension with fonts created to outline.

Jpegs can be used however will most likely need to be redrawn by our artist. When submitting Jpeg Photograph or images please ensure the dpi is sufficient. Photograph image = 300dpi.

We accept the following file extensions if you are unable to provide the above:
.pdf, .ppi, .tiff, .doc, .dwg, .bmp

Always provide your Arctic Chiller representative or our artist with your companies appropriate pms colors, logos and information you would like to appear on your label via email. This is our preferred method, however artwork can be submitted on a CD or Floppy Disk.

The usual time allotted for designing the average label is approximately 2hours. After such time the customer is subject to a $50 per hour art charge. This charge includes additions to or subtractions from, color changes, text or font changes, design changes of any kind (any change that required additional time used by our art department).
